BAKERSFILED. CALIF. — Kern County Public Health Services Department has confirmed that 11 more Kern County residents have tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Public Health has previously told 23ABC News that when they are notified about a positive patient they investigating these cases to determine potential exposure sources and any contacts the patients may have had.

There are 210 total people who have tested positive for coronavirus in Kern County

205 of those people are residents — and five of those are non-residents.

There have been two deaths reported.

2498 people have tested negative for the virus so far.

More than 4,000 people have already been tested.
